Terms and Conditions for Student Admission
By enrolling in any course at Voyage Institute of Technology (“the Institute”), students agree to abide by the following terms and conditions related to training, course cancellation, refund policy, and placement support.
1. Training & Course Delivery
• All training programs will be delivered as per the course curriculum published by the Institute at the time of enrollment. Curriculum updates may be made without prior notice to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Training may be conducted in offline, online, or hybrid modes, based on the course format selected and prevailing circumstances.
• Students are required to attend scheduled classes, complete assignments, and participate in assessments and project work to successfully complete the course.
• The Institute reserves the right to change instructors, class timings, or delivery mode if deemed necessary.
2. Privacy Policy
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.
• Information collected during enrollment, payment, assessments, or communication will be used strictly for training, certification, administrative purposes, and job placement coordination.
• Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
• Our digital platforms comply with applicable data protection laws in India and internationally.
3. Use of the Site
When using our website or learning management system, you agree to:
• Use the site only for lawful purposes related to learning and personal skill development.
• Not engage in any activities that may disrupt or harm our services or servers.
• Not share your login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals.
Misuse may lead to immediate suspension or legal action.
3. Disclaimer
All course content is provided “as is” for educational purposes.
While we ensure the material is accurate and industry-relevant:
• We do not guarantee employment or job offers post-course completion.
• Practical application should always adhere to maritime safety regulations, classification society standards, and OEM guidelines.
• The institute is not responsible for misuse of training knowledge in real-world scenarios.

All materials including training videos, assignments, simulators, eBooks, presentations, and manuals are the copyright of Voyage Institute of Technology.
Any duplication, recording, re-distribution, or publishing without written permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, instructional content, platform designs, and course structures are the intellectual property of Voyage Institute of Technology.
No part of the intellectual property may be copied, repurposed, or modified for commercial use or for delivery at another institute.

7. Payment & Shipping Policies
• Full payment or installment confirmation is required before course access is granted.
• Payments can be made online through secure third-party gateways.
• If applicable, physical materials will be shipped within 7–10 business days (domestic) post-payment.
• Voyage Institute is not liable for payment gateway failures or delayed deliveries by courier services.
8. Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel enrollment within 7 calendar days of registration, provided no course content has been accessed.
• Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@voyageinstitute.com
• After course access, cancellations are no longer valid.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a student’s access if:
• Terms of use are violated.
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of content occurs.
• Abusive behavior is directed toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
Termination may be permanent and without refund.
10. Complaints
We encourage feedback and aim to resolve any concerns promptly.

Response within 3 business days and resolution typically within 10 working days.
11. Legalities
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes or legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kozhikode
12. Course Upgradation Terms & Conditions
What is Upgradation?
“Course Upgradation” refers to:
• Moving from basic to advanced or professional-level training.
• Gaining access to new modules, features, industry simulations, or certification enhancements.
• Upgrading from offline to blended or full online access.
Upgradation Policy:
• Upgradation is optional and may incur additional fees.
• Eligibility criteria may apply (e.g., completion of prior modules).
• Access to upgraded content is non-transferable and may be limited to a set duration.
• Upgraded content is not eligible for refunds once accessed.
13. Refund Policies
- No refunds will be granted once the course has started, under any circumstances, including non-attendance or student withdrawal.
- If a student cancels enrollment before the course start date:
- A refund may be processed after deducting a non-refundable registration fee and applicable administrative charges.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 15 business days, subject to management approval.
- No refunds will be issued for students:
- Failing to meet attendance or assessment requirements,
- Removed due to misconduct or policy violations,
- Requesting refund after course commencement.
14. Placement Support
We provide career and placement assistance to qualifying students:
• Resume building, interview preparation, and mock interviews.
• Connections with hiring partners and internship opportunities.
• Placement support is not a guarantee of employment and is dependent on student performance and industry demand.
• Students must meet the eligibility criteria for placement assistance (e.g., course completion, assessment scores, soft skills readiness).
15. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Revised terms will be published on our official website and are effective from the date of posting.
By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
By enrolling with Voyage Institute of Technology, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
